Step 2 Cartoon time

1 Listen and answer

T: Now look at this picturewhere are Bobby and Sam?

S: Theyre in the park.

T: Look, they have the bags. They are on an outing.

Present be on an outing= go on an outing

T: Now it is time for lunch. They are tired and hungry. Bobby is looking for something to eat.

S: Bobby has some bananas. So they have bananas for lunch.

2 Watch and choose

T: After lunch, they walk on.   Present walk on

T: And they see a sign. Which is the sign?

看卡通,并选择

T:What does this sign mean?

S: It means they cant eat bananas in the forest.

T: Why...? Can you ask the question with why?

S: Why can't they eat the bananas?

T: Yes, you have a good question. Lets read Picture 3 and 4 and find the answer.

学生读3-4,回答问题

关键句: They see a lot of monkeys around them.  Present around

Brain storm:   If they eat the bananas now, what will happen?

3 Listen and repeat.

 

Step 3 Sound time

1 Look and say

T: Look, there is another tree in the picture. And theres no sign on it. But what can you see on the tree and under the tree?

T: How is the girl?

S: She is happy.

2 watch and answer

T: Why is she so happy today? Let's watch the video and find the answer.

S: Because today is her birthday.

3 Listen and repeat.

4 Think and say

Can you name more words with ir?  学生先说,呈现教师的单词

5 Read and judge:

Step 4 Checkout time

1 Listen and choose

T: Signs are everywhere! We should follow the rules in our life. So lets do some listening exercises. Look, can you use one sentence to introduce every sign?

It means we can park here.   It means we can eat or(或者) drink here.

 Then do the listening exercises and check the answers.

2 Draw and say

(1) Show the model

T: Look, this is a red circle, then I draw this.(呈现箭头) At last, I draw this.(呈现斜杠)

T: So what does this sign mean, Do you know?

S: It means we can't turn right here

T: Great. And where can we put it?

S: We can put it in the street.

(2 )Work in two

T: Great. It's your turn, please design signs for some public places, then ask and answer like this:

(3 )Show your sign

每组选择一个标志来进行展示和介绍。

1 Introduce your new signs to your friends.

2 Read and recite Cartoon time.

3 Make a mind map about the pronunciation of ir.
