Teaching aims

Knowledge aims

1. Enable the students to master the four-skill words and phrases :

Frank, rat, bag, hat, pan, apple, bat, cat

2Grasp the new sentences : Frank is in/on a/an…

3、Enable the students to read the text freely and understand it deeply .

Ability aims:

1. Enable them to use the sentences what they have learnt in class. Especially to practice oral English and take part in different activities.

2. Develop their abilities of communication, self –learning and question – asking through task –based teaching.

Emotion aims.

1. Cultivate the Ss’ spirit of teamwork and consciousness of competition.

2. To cultivate Ss’ study motivation. Help them establish good study habit.

Teaching difficulties and key points:

To be able to listen, read and speak the new words and the main sentence patterns.

 Ss can understand the content of dialogue, read the dialogue in roles .Then make dialogues in real situations
