【教学目标】

1 能够准确运用动词第三人称单数复述Story time的故事;

2 能理解并掌握运用Grammar time中以wh开头的特殊疑问词的用法及规则;

3 能完成Fun time中的任务,与同学合作完成童话故事表演。

【教学重难点】

1 Grammar time中以wh开头的特殊疑问词的学习与运用;

2 能够与同学合作完成Fun time中的拓展表演;

3 能够运用所学语法知识提出问题,学会思考。

  4 能通过交流,正确运用疑问词why,并能用because准确回答。

【教学过程】

Step1 Lead in

1. Enjoy a video

T: Boys and girls, do you still remember what we have learnt last class?

S: Cinderella...

T: Yes, Now lets enjoy a video about Cinderella.

Step 2 Lets review

1. Review the words.

T: Look, Cinderella is sweeping the floor at home. Can you read these words in rubbish to help her clean the house?

2. Retell the story

T: Youre so helpful! Cinderella is a poor girl. Do you remember what happened to her? Now please retell the story according to the key words.

Step 3 Grammar time

1. Read and find.

(1) A fairy comes.

(2) Cinderella puts on the new clothes and shoes.

(3) Cinderella has a good time at the party.

(4) The prince visits every house.

(5) Finally, Cinderella tries it on.

(6) It fits!

T: Well, we know a lot about Cinderella. Look at these sentences about her. Lets read together.

T: What can you find?  

发现了:1. 句子都是一般现在时 2. 主语都是第三人称单数 3. 动词都是三单形式

2. Read and summarize

come--comes  put--puts   visit---visits     fit---fits

动词三单形式变化规则:1. 直接在动词词尾加s

try---tries    study---studies

动词三单形式变化规则:2. 辅音字母+y,yi,再加es

have--has

动词三单形式变化规则:3. 特殊变化

do---does    go---goes   watch---watches       brush---brushes

动词三单形式变化规则:4. s,o,ch,sh结尾的要加es.

3. Play a game(通过游戏来巩固动词的三单变化,做一个和灰姑娘相关的游戏)

4. Look and say

T: Look at this picture, how is Cinderella?

S: She is sad.

T: Yes, and a fairy comes. She says Why are you so sad?  How does Cinderella answer?

S: Because I cant go to the party.

T: The fairy says  Why cant you go to the party?

S: Cinderella answers Because I dont have any nice clothes.

T: Look at the red words. We use why to ask reasons and we use because to answer.

5. (出示语法板块的另一部分)Read and summarize

Why+be动词/情态动词/助动词+主语+...?

Because+句子

Tip: cant=cannot  dont=do not

列举三个例子

6. Try to say: say opposite sentences.

Step 4 Fun time

1. Pair work:同桌合作交流,说出图中的句子

2. Imagine and act:四人一组选择其中一个场景表演。别忘了发挥想象,让故事语言更丰富、精彩哦。

3. T: I think you can use why and because to ask and answer fluently. You know why is a kind of wh-words. Do you know other wh-words?

呈现why what where when who whose

4. Lets ask:(给出上面的特殊疑问词让学生选择)

(1)___________is the party?

(2)_________cant go to the party?__________?

(3)_________does Cinderella have to come back?

(4)_________shoe do the girls try on?

(5)_________helps Cinderella?

 

 

Step 5 Homework

1. Write down the wh-questions about the story. The more, the better.

2. Work in groups and choose one picture in Fun time to write a script.

E.g.Scene 1: At home

Cinderella: Why can’t I go to the party?

Stepmother: Because you’re too dirty.

Stepsister: And you have no nice clothes or shoes.

CinderellaOh, please. Let me go.

              Where is the party?

Stepsister: Nobody can tell you. You can’t go.

Cinderella: What can I do? Who can help me?

Stepmother: Nobody can help you.

               Don’t think too much.

               You must do all the housework
